Understand six types of loss/change that trigger emotional reactions, how each is currently in play in clients' lives, and how naming these for clients is beneficial to the relationship.
Learn tested principles and questions that help you communicate with clients when they are emotional from stress, uncertainty, or loss.
Develop effective strategies for self-care during times of stress, uncertainty, and loss that you can recommend to clients and use yourself.
