Prior to joining Carson Group Coaching in 2016, she spent over a decade at a $750 million hybrid RIA firm in Kansas City, with successive roles, including Chief Operations Officer. Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Washburn University and has designations as an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Certified Business Coach. She also has a Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility (ESG) through the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business.
