Chris graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with honors. After a military career, he earned his MBA at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Chris spent 15 years at RBC Wealth Management and Ameriprise Financial. He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2013 and built a full-service advisory and wealth management practice in the Twin Cities. Chris retired in June 2022 to become the CEO of the nonprofit he founded in 2018. Wings for Widows.
In 2020, Chris published two books: “The Legacy Planning and Conversation Guide” and “The Widow’s Guidebook to Financial Wellness.”
